I’m reaching out today because we really hope you can join us at our annual event in April: Love in Action – a celebration of the everyday acts of love that help Oakland Leaf students and programs thrive.
Love in Action will be a festive outdoor soirée that will include delicious seasonal Mexican cuisine and cocktails, a new Oakland Leaf video, a student art gallery, and more. Proceeds will support Oakland Leaf’s dynamic afterschool programming at seven high-need East Oakland elementary and middle schools, as well as our two paid high school internship programs and our family support initiatives.
